Upon graduating from Ohio State University, Erica started her career in sales and never looked back. Erica has always had a passion for sales. Whether it was going door-to-door as a child selling items for school fundraisers or beating her dad in a game of P-I-G, she did it with a smile on her face while enjoying every minute. A lover of sports since her father put a basketball in her hands, Erica played competitively throughout her school-age years. Looking back, she recognizes how the various sport teams she was a member of all helped shape who she is today. Learning teamwork, how to communicate with others, and how to win or lose as a team all have played an important part for Erica in her roles as mother, wife, friend and employee. She is constantly trying to better herself and make life better for others.
Aside from loving her job, Erica is also a proud mom of two, William (7) and Hadley (4). Becoming a mother is her most rewarding and challenging role to date. She shares, “becoming a mother created a whole new outlook on life. Now, life is not just about a husband and wife, but creating and enjoying a life as a family of four”.
Every day brings something new to Erica, in which it allows her to grow into becoming a better person than she was the day prior. Her goal as a mother is to the best role-model possible for her kiddos as they grow into adults. Erica believes in living life to the fullest and never looking back. Being a wife, a mom and a career woman can have its difficulties, but Erica relishes each role and knows some days are more challenging than others. Erica also shares that sometimes indulging in a guilty pleasure (or two) keeps a healthy balance in life. Some of her guilty pleasures include dark chocolate, a good donut, a binge-worthy television show and, occasionally, a Coke Zero In her spare time, Erica enjoys spending time with family and friends, yoga, music, discovering a new bottle (or two) of wine, and sports - especially cheering on her kiddos in their extra-curricular activities. Anyone who knows Erica knows come Fall she will be cheering on her beloved Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns.
